The app communicates with devices via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
iOS and Android operating systems require location permission to use BLE.

  • Your email address and device UUID are retained for as long as your account is active or until you initiate a deletion request.

  • You may permanently delete all your personal data at any time via the “Delete Account” feature within the app.

  • Alternatively, upon written request, your data will be permanently deleted from the system within 30 days.

6. Data Transfers and Firebase Usage
 

  • Certain core app functionalities (registration, verification, device identification, etc.) utilize Google Firebase infrastructure.

  • As this service is provided by Google LLC, data is processed on secure servers abroad solely for the purpose of service delivery.

  • Your data is never shared for marketing, advertising, or other unrelated purposes.

  • Unless legally required, your data will not be disclosed to third parties.

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed

  • Request access to your processed data

  • Request correction or deletion of your data

  • Request restriction of processing

  • Object to automated decision-making

  • Claim compensation if you suffer damage

8. How Can You Access and Delete Your Data?
 

  • You can permanently delete your account and data using the “Delete Account” option within the app.

  • You may also request access/deletion through the following channels:
